I hate rap too.

My friends all like it though.

But most of my friends i've gotton them into other kinds of music.

Yeah, rap does tend to suck. It's basically someone just saying poem and putting a beat to it, but no melody, or voice fluctuation.

Though some rap is pretty good, it's just very obscure.

I remember this one rap song, that when translated, was about this big math problem that made no sense. It was pretty funny. I can't seem to find it though.

I have to say the only good rap I have listened to is the really (and I mean REALLY) old school stuff from when it was first coming out as a genre.
